By placing an order you automatically agree to the following conditions:

Order
You can place an order by e-mail or directly in the webshop. After placing an order by e-mail I will contact you and you will receive the payment details and delivery time by e-mail. Orders through the webshop will be handled in accordance.

Payment & Delivery Time
The prices on the website are in euros excluding shipping costs.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to IBAN number NL83 SNSB 0870 7835 72 t.n.v. Madrista or by Ideal.
Delivery takes place after payment has been received. For custom-made items, a delivery time of 7 working days applies. Obstructed by force majeure, Madrista may not be able to fulfill any obligation towards you as a customer.

Guarantee
Madrista supplies unique handmade products where quality, durability, creativity and authenticity are paramount and they guarantee that the delivered items are reliable and comply with what is stated on the website. Exceptions to this are possible color differences. Photos of colors are always different from “in real life”, so the copy you receive may differ. My hats and scarves have a washing label. Defects caused by use of the article (normal wear and tear) or due to fault of you as a customer are not covered by the warranty.

Everything on this website is protected by copyright. No part of this website may be used for other purposes without permission from Madrista. The information provided by you as a customer will only be used by Madrista and will not be passed on to third parties without the customer’s consent. The general terms and conditions are adjusted from time to time, please read the terms and conditions again for each order.
