Here you will find information about how we ship orders and what the conditions are regarding the return of products.
Your letterbox mail order is shipped via PostNL, using PostNL rates. Parcel post orders are shipped via DHL.
Your order will be packaged with care. Madrista is not responsible and liable for any errors (damage or loss of package) during shipment.
On request you can have a package shipped insured. Please indicate this with your order. The costs of this are for your account as a customer.
If you do not meet your expectations, you can return the order, at your own expense and in the original packaging. Customized products cannot be returned. You must then contact Madrista within 7 days, stating the reason for the return. Insufficient postage and unannounced returns will not be processed. Within 5 days after registration of your return shipment, you must return the unused items to Madrista, Sibberkerkstraat 61 A, 6301 AV in Sibbe. You will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. If the return shipment is not reported to Madrista within 7 days after delivery or the return shipment is not received within 5 days after registration of the shipment, Madrista reserves the right to refuse return shipments or to refund only part of the paid amount.
This also applies when it is suspected that items have already been used or damaged.
NOTE: Custom-made products cannot be returned, unless otherwise agreed with Madrista in advance.
